Assistant Marketing Communication Manager

Key responsibilities • Assist line manager to plan, develop and execute the marketing related jobs.
• Follow up the daily/routine works.
Job responsibilities 1. Creates comprehensive action plans for brand communications projects with the aim to maximize brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiencies with line manager.
2. Work closely with agency on the communication plan, design and execution.
3. Work closely with vendor on the related gift design, color proofing, and production.
4. To support the line manager on the product package design artwork and color proofing (including normal and promotion version).
5. To support on the daily/routine approval process and documents.
6. To support on the other works that line manager assigns.

Job requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree
Work experience At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the similar capacity
Skills and knowledge 1. Excellent command of English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
2. Creative, high initiative with an excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
3. Detail-minded, well organized, and systematic in follow through job assigned
4. A good team player, proactive, self-motivated, can work under pressure and meet deadlines
