Position Job Scope

• Responsible for controlling compliance with Financial and Accounting Policies 
• Responsible for controlling compliance with Tax Laws and Regulations
• Be finance business partner to customer to achieve financial goals

Job Responsibility

'Oversee and Managing all finance and accounting operations:
• Oversee and managing financial statements to be in accordance with accounting standards, tax laws, regulations, and company policies 
• Oversee and managing the management budget for analysis, comparison and presentation from various perspectives
• Oversee and managing the operations to be in accordance with tax laws
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and investments
• Review financial feasibility, analyze and propose alternatives for use in making strategic business decisions
• Review payments to be accurate, complete and on time
• Regularly access accounting and financial performance in subsidiaries and branches according to company policy with the same standards
• Regularly assess financial and operational risks
Set policies and operating procedures to be the same standard for all branches and according to the company's policy:
• Set and review accounting and financial policies regularly
• Set up a collection and payment system to cover all areas with convenience, speed, low cost and connect to related systems
• Set and review operational guidelines to be in accordance with policy under good internal control
• Set the approval authority schedule as part of the policy

Job Qualification

• Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Audit, Finance and Accountng, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Financial Planning and Analysis or other related work experience preferable in FMCG business
• CPA or audit experience would be an advantage
• Experience in Tax Planning would be an advantage
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, BPC or Sales and Business Planning tool would be advantage
• Experiance in lean process, process improvement, project management would be an advantage
• Good command of English and project management skill
• Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skill, multi-tasking abilities and flexible
• Strong leadership, Interpersonal skill and initiative
