Position Job Scope

Driving growth and efficiency for TCP and Non-TCP business in an assigned area. He / She is responsible for leading and managing sales and operations team under his / her responsibilities to deliver sales volume and value growth, distribution coverage, and operating profit. Ensuring commercial activities are implemented effectively as per plan.

Job Responsibility

Sales Leadership and Strategy 
• Develop and implement business area customer and sales plan aligned with overall Country Thailand’s business objectives. 
• Gather and analyze commercial, customer, competitor and other relevant data to analyze and identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies and plans. 
• Set and monitor sales targets for an assigned business area. 
• Create sales, business plans and proposals to drive business growth. 
• Oversee and manage the budget and expenses for the assigned business area to ensure delivery of EBIT. 
• Monitor and control sales and operations processes are not misconduct. 
Team Management and Development 
• Develop and coach sales and operations team to achieve their full potential.
• Motivate and inspire the sales team to deliver sales target. 
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales and operations teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. 
• Conduct performance review and implement development plans for sales and operations teams. 
Customer Development and Relationship Management 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers withing the assigned business area 
• Identify and address customers needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Develop business plans with customers. 
Reporting and analysis 
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement 
• Provide regular sales reports to keep other stakeholders and leadership informed of assigned business area sales progress. 
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales

Job Qualification

• Bachelor to Master’s degree in related field
• Work experience 7 - 10 years of experience in leading position in Sales, Trade Marketing or Business Development
