Position Job Scope

Financial Business Partner (FBP) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between finance and other business functions. The FBP collaborates with different departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions and improve business performance.

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities of a Financial Business Partner

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Develop and manage financial models to support business planning.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports with insights.
  • Analyze financial performance by country, category, brand, product, and channel to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

2. Business Performance Monitoring & Decision Support

  • Act as a strategic advisor to operational teams, translating financial data into actionable insights.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
  • Identify trends and business drivers that impact profitability.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with senior management and business leaders to support decision-making.
  • Present financial insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

4. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

  • Evaluate and improve financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance profitability.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation of reporting and analytics.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Job Qualification

'- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting
- 5-10 years’ work experience in business planning or financial analysis in FMCG or Beverage Industry
- Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- SAP, BI knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellence in systematic, logical & analytical skills with commercial mindset
- Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Good problem-solving skills and Good English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, fast-learning and committed to meet deadline
- Result-oriented; flexible and creative with excellent organization and planning skills
- Results driven and comfortable working independently while also being a team player
