Finance Executive Manager
Position Job Scope
• Responsible for managing overall Finance & Accounting department
• Take role as Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial Finance of Country Thailand
• Be finance business partner to Commercial and Operation teams to ensure financial target is achieved
Job Responsibility
• Manage all finance and accounting operations including;
- Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
- Treasury
- General ledger, Reporting and Branch
- Fixed Assets
• Ensure the statutory account in compliance with accounting standard, tax, and other related standard, regulations and Group’s Policy together with commercial requirement
Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial Finance:
• Drive and manage overall Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial Finance function
• Conduct cross-functional annual budget and monthly rolling forecast process
• Analyze and monitor development of financial performance through effective monthly management reporting
• Prepare financial feasibility and analysis to suppport strategic business decision
• Develop efficient monitoring and reporting mechanism to assist management with maintaining full situational awareness of current business and financial performance
• Ensure financial alignment between all commercial and supporting functions via effective communication in order to maximize financial results and achieve timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting
• Prepare monthly financial reports and review monthly financial performance
• Provide strategic recommendations on ways to enhance business performance to achieve KPIs
Job Qualification
• Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Audit, Finance and Accountng, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Financial Planning and Analysis or other related work experience preferable in FMCG business
• CPA or audit experience would be an advantage
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, BPC or Sales and Business Planning tool would be advantage
• Experiance in lean process, process improvement, project management would be an advantage
• Good command of English and project management skill
• Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skill, multi-tasking abilities and flexible
• Strong leadership, Interpersonal skill and initiative
