Finance Senior Officer

Position Job Scope

Responsible for supporting financial operations, financial analysis, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with TCP Group financial standards.

Job Responsibility

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial data and explain variances vs. budget/forecast
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records in accordance with Thai GAAP/IFRS
• Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations in PowerPoint with financial analysis, key highlighted, and actionable recommendations

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Perform cost analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost improvement
• Develop and maintain feasibility study to support business decisions for management

Systems & Process Improvement

• Work with SAP / ERP system for finance transactions and reporting
• Support finance process improvement and automation initiatives
• Design, data validation, and maintain interactive BI dashboards to track financial performance, providing actionable insights for management decision‑making
• Participate in finance-related projects or ad-hoc assignments

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance function
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational company is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood communication and coordination skills
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
