Position Job Scope

Job Responsibility

  • Comply and implement internal communications strategy and strategic framework to maximize engagement with employees by creating clear and concise communications.
  • Create contents, still-motion and/or further creative materials, to strengthen employee communication as planned.
  • Implement communication channel strategy and delivery method as well as optimization.
  • Gain employees understanding, insight, and behavior.
  • Manage and operate day-to-day operation of employee communication to be on plan and reassure the strategic contribution of employee activities as well as the results.
  • Create and reassure good employee experience through strategic communications and employee activities.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master in Communication Arts, Graphic Design, or any relevant education.
  • At least 3 years experience in communication, creative content planning and execution, content creation, consumer or employee experience.
  • Skilled on PS, AI, Premier Pro, After Effect, Canva and/or content creation application.
  • Good language proficiency both in Thai and English (speaking and writing skills required)
  • Maintains knowledge of trends in communication, employee insight and behavior, and channel technology through continuing development.
  • Strategic and critical thinking with creative mindset.
  • Good ability to implement communication materials end to end.
  • Excellence communication skill with good comprehension and articulation.
  • Good management skill with ability to operate well to deliver good results in communication effectiveness and positive experience.
  • Strong and clear interpersonal and relationship building skills including verbal and written communication skills in a clear and concise manner.
