Key Account Assistant Manager
Position Job Scope
Create and implement effective marketing, promotional and in-store support/campaign for dedicated customers to boost up their sales and meet brands/ principles' objectives and requirement. Maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, principles, cross functional team and accountable for the achievement of sales target and assigned key objectives/metrics relevant to your key accounts.
Job Responsibility
• Implement the pricing strategy/policy/discounts to get maximum sales with customers/key accounts as per assignment.
• Constant competitors activity feedback to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Assisting the Group Key Account manager in the preparation of sales related budgeting, planning and demand forecasting activities.
• Co-ordinate with the trade/ marketing department to introduce new products and in-store support to customers.
• Work with customers to launch sales promotion on products.
• Effectively manage the development of the accounts assigned and make sure that the payments are collected on time with regular follow-up that may be needed.
• Perform other tasks/ projects and any related jobs as per direct report/ function and department head/ company's assignment as needed.
Job Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 0-2 years experiences of sales, marketing and/or trade marketing (preferable with FMCG companies)
• Sales & Budget management.
• Consumer Panel data analysis is the advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft office. (Word, Excel, Power point and Excel is a must).
• Capable of reading and understanding English is the advantage.
• Having skill in business presentation, negotiation and networking.
• Good business thinking and customer focus.
• Be self-motivated, positive attitude, passion, fighting spirit result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
