Position Job Scope

Develop prinicpal business & client services for appoint responsible accounts &  internally operation according to Dubell BD process

Job Responsibility

•    Lead the development of appointed principal business via working Cross Functionally within Durbell Organization and importantly with Principal organization
•    Being the client service team lead for appointed principals
•    Develop the annual business plan with monthly principal review
•    Be the key contact person for internal matter of appointed principal in Durbell Organization
•    Monthly Tracking & Monitoring the performance according to requirement
•    Coach and lead team member for their business matter as ongoing basis
•    Work as good high level manager to new client approach & acquisition (as requested by direct report)

Job Qualification

'•    Minimum Bachelor Degree in BBA  or related field . MBA is preferable
•    English proficiency is average
•    Business Development or Trade Marketing or Trade Operation from distribution company & FMCG
•    Direct experience from Distribution Company is preferable
