Officer - Sales Administrative
Position Job Scope
Provide excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Team
Job Responsibility
• Coordinate with Modern Trade Sales team to provide and complete documents for claim settlement within timeline.
• Check accuracy and completeness of documents for claim settlement / submit to trade spend control for further process.
• Update actual claim and prepare dashboard of trade spend summary, reconcile with Finance, communication and present in monthly Sales & operation meeting.
• Update status and communicate details of claim settlement to all Sales team.
• Consolidate IO to TMK/ Finance and related functions to input on SAP system.
• Ensure efficient claim process for Sales team and initiate new process for improvement.
• Be a contact person with Sales team and Accounting team to provide support pending document.
• Track and do data summary of sell-out, OOS, promotion, daily-sales, competitiors and assigned report within timeliness.
• Assist to communicate and co-ordinate projects with different departments. Complete ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisors.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assignments as assigned.
• Perform other tasks/ projects and any related jobs as per direct report/ function and department head/ company's assignment as needed.
Job Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Must have hands-on experience in operational tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
