Position Job Scope

  • Implement middle-term and short –term strategy via align with brand plan and brand strategy in order to support business objective, identify issues and opportunities for responsible brands.
  • Optimizing brand communication and activation that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share and customer target.
  • Ensuring a consistent branding message, Key Message and marketing communication & marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements is established and executed.
  • Controlling and Implement via allocate budget in overall to meet business objective
  • Supporting cooperation for market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives and leverages these with segment leads to enhance product portfolio.
  • Consistently monitoring & analyzing business performance, distribution channels, market situation and competitors to achieve business objective and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
  • Develop and coach direct reports and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders make sure all brand concepts is aligned.

Job Qualification

  • Male or Female, 30 - 40 years old.
  • Master or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ of managerial experience in marketing of FMCG or consumers products. Beverage must prefer.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Able to communicate at different organization levels.
  • Have good leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Have planning, organizing and problem-solving skills and able to provide consultation.
  • Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office
