Position Job Scope

Job Responsibility

  1. Customer Service‌
  • Respond to order inquiries via email/phone. Create order in SAP/CRM systems accordingly.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, track complaints progress and cooperate with cross functional team.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide order updates.
  1. Order Management:
  • Receive and verify customer orders for accuracy (product, quantity, pricing, delivery terms).
  • Balance multiple customer orders by stock level, warehouse capacity and production status.
  • Enter orders into SAP/CRM systems and generate shipping documents, change/cancel by request.
  • Ongoing inventory review and update in system, ensure the correct raw material and packaging material consumption, and reflect in system.
  1. Data & Reporting‌
  • Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and analyze inventory trends, delivery KPI reports.
  • Archive shipping documents, support internal audit needs.
  1. Coordination & Troubleshooting‌
  • Track order progress with production, warehouse, and logistics issues. Coordinate and adjust order accordingly.
  • Resolve issues (e.g., delays, stockouts, damage) by coordinating replacements or refunds.
  • Track order implementation, coordinate with plants for smooth process. Adjust daily plan by on-stie issues.

 

Job Qualification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.

Work experience

1+ years of experience in order processing or customer service; 2+ years working experience in supply chain.

Fresh graduate is welcome.

Skills and knowledge

  • Proficient in SAP systems , Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUP), and BI for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with trade terms (FOB, CIF); FMCG knowledge (e.g., food, beverage).
  • Fluent reading, writing skills in Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Soft skills

  • Detail-oriented to manage high-volume orders (e.g., 100+ daily) with minimal errors.
  • Strong communication to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Adaptability to handle peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions).
