6. Lead Below-the-line strategic direction to team

8. Lead group brand/channel A&P investment plan
9. Lead group category/channel ROI vs. portfolio profitability optimization
10. Lead group category/channel business straegic problem solving

People Management Role
1. Develop team ability coaching skill
2. Understand and develop team people manangement
3. Engage key stakeholder to synergy straegic plan
4. Lead category/shopper data to be insight to team
5. Organize team capability and ability to fit for business assignment
6. Proactive on business and execution process issues fixing with corporate benefit optimization

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 10 years FMCG experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Marketing / Key Account Management / Consumer & Shopper Insights
• Minimum 3 years in head department or lead team position
• Proficiency in MS office, BIBW, SAP 
• Experience in consumer panel data (Nielsen, Hatch, etc.) will be a plus.

Key responsibilities • Trade Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive trade marketing strategy in line with company's brand positioning and product marketing objectives. • Sales and Distribution Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the exclusive distributor to align trade marketing initiatives with sales and distribution activities. Work to optimize and harmonize these processes for efficiency and effectiveness. • Channel Development: Identify opportunities in new and existing retail channels and develop trade marketing programs to leverage these opportunities for growth. • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, making necessary adjustments to strategies based on insights gained. • Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment and consistency of brand and product messages across all trade marketing activities. • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributor, industry stakeholders, and internal teams. ค ำบรรยำยขอบเขตงำนของต ำแหน่งงำน ( Position Job Scope ) Page 2 • Budget Management: Oversee the trade marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI. • Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with distributor, supply chain and marketing teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against these targets. • Market Intelligence: Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the beverage industry in China to inform strategic planning. • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership for the trade marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous professional development.
