Position Job Scope

Trade Marketing Role
1. Lead in category/channel strategy and business execution plan
2. Define channel priorities, category key drivers and shopper insight
3. Engage cross functional coordination with key collaborative team to drive commercial integration
4. Leverage data sources for the entire organization for category/business decisions and actionable insights
5. Develop data analysis report/presentation
6. Lead Below-the-line marketing element mixes on assortment, pricing strategy, distribution and in-store communication
7. Lead field force execution and in-store standard guideline
8. Monitor ROI and manage effectively budget spending to drive Sales growth with total corporate mindset

Category Management Role
1. Ensuring company product categories along with displays are optimized for sales and marketing.
2. Researching and analyzing trends in sales and consumer behavior.
3. Drafting reports for the organization to enhance sales.
4. Producing, adapting, and advising on display and current marketing materials as needed.
5. Planning and implementing planograms for shelf displays.
6. Communicating with GT and MT customers about category and channel develop direction.
7. Optimizing in-store displays with prompted signage, category markers, and category usage tips.
8. Coordinating and briefing market research initiatives.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years FMCG experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Marketing / Key Account Management / Consumer & Shopper Insights
• Strong analytical
• Good at English and Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP or Nielsen’s knowledge would be preferred)
• Problem solving and logical thinking skill
